Did anybody watch the American Music Awards last night? We completely forgot about it but when I got online last night the ‘net was all “abuzz” over the Joe Jonas falling at the beginning of their performance of SOS. He actually cut his hand but he kept on going.

See how these girls are screaming and going crazy? Imagine an entire arena doing that. I’m still hoarse from screaming. (shut up)

I saw the trailer for August Rush tonight and got chills. Man, this movie looks so good! First of all, it’s got Keri Russell in it and if you’ve known me for any length of time then you should remember what a HUGE Felicity fangirl I was back in the day. Right, Amy? Scott Foley was my dream man fo sho. But now? Meh. I don’t watch The Unit. Not my type of show. To me he’ll always be Noel Crane.

Kevin, Joe and Nick Jonas will star in a live-action spy comedy titled “J.O.N.A.S.,” which is set to go into production early next year. They play government sleuths — a.k.a. Junior Operatives Networking as Spies (J.O.N.A.S.) — who thwart evil while working undercover as a superstar teen rock band. The number of episodes has yet to be determined.

Currently in production in Toronto is “Camp Rock,” a music-filled original movie that will premiere on the cable channel next summer. The Jonases play members of a leading musical group, Connect 3, who are celebrity guest counselors at a prestigious summer camp for aspiring musicians.

Yesterday, the ticket’s to see Hannah Montana here in my town went on sale to the general public at 10:00 am. They were completely sold out by 10:10.

What’s sad is that a huge block of the tickets were sold to ticket brokers who are now selling them on ebay and other places for hundreds of dollars.

I cannot tell you how happy I am that I bit the bullet and joined the stupid fan club so we could get our tickets during the presale. After the High School Musical and Cheetah Girls concert disappointments this was my chance to redeem myself in my daughter’s eyes. Turns I’m the coolest mom evarrrrrrr now.

I’m sorry to leave you all hanging yesterday without an update about the Hannah Montana concert tickets. Hubs was off and, of course, he wanted to “do stuff” so we were out all day. However, I am happy to report that myself, my 9 year old, her 3 BFFs, and her BFFs’ moms (who are also my BFFs) will without a doubt, be present at the Hannah Montana concert on November 15th. It was touch and go there for a moment but we do, indeed, have tickets.

The girls are just beyond excited but I think us moms are even more excited. I am such a dorky fangirl.

Oh and they are just a teensy bit excited about the “special guests” too.

These super talented handsome young men are the Jonas Brothers for those of you who don’t have tween girls living in your house. *squee*

At 10am today the Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus tickets go on sale for the Mileyworld.com members. I have to get tickets for 7 people. I am highly stressed out because 2 other mothers and their daughters are depending on me to deliver. Both of these moms are at work and can’t be in front of the computer so that is why I offered. And we want to all sit together so that is another reason one person is buying all the tickets. Wish me luck!
