The Jonas Brothers are unstoppable, y’all! In addition to making music, touring, Camp Rock, and their upcoming TV series, J*O*N*A*S, the boys, including little brother Frankie, are set to start filming a movie for the big screen. It will be called Walter the Farting Dog based on a series of children’s books.

Brace yourselves, Disney fans. The Jonas Brothers are about to get bigger than ever!

The teen pop stars have signed on to make their big screen debut in Walter The Farting Dog, the trade journal Variety reports.

The boys will appear alongside their younger brother Frankie – sometimes known as the “Bonus Jonas” – in the film, which is scheduled to start shooting in Spring 2009.

Based on a bestselling series of books by William Kotzwinkle and Glenn Murray, the movie casts the teen heartthrobs as musicians whose sickly great-aunt asks them to care for her stupendously smelly canine companion.

“By the time they’ve driven the dog home, everybody’s head is out the window of the family station wagon,” said Peter Farrelly – half of the famous Farrelly Brothers directing team – who has been closely involved in developing the film. “But Frankie has a serious sinus problem and doesn’t notice the stench coming from Walter.”

So while his siblings provide the music, Frankie and the gaseous pooch get involved in a series of family-friendly adventures, eventually thwarting a team of jewel thieves.

This may be their first major movie, but Nick, Joe and Kevin are certainly no strangers to the camera. Their TV flick Camp Rock was a mega-hit, and they’re now preparing for their own Disney series, J*O*N*A*S.

Speaking of The Jonas Brothers…my Camp Rock review is coming soon. We had a busy weekend and didn’t get to watch it until Saturday afternoon. THEN my DVR didn’t record the last 15 minutes of the damn movie.

Camp Rock starring the Jonas Brothers airs on The Disney Channel next month! It’s going to be HUGE. Well, for my tween girls it is. Ok, and me too. I love the JoBros!

So are you wondering what it’s like to be a Jonas Brother? You will get to find out very soon. They are actually getting their own mini reality series on The Disney Channel this spring.

The series, which is shooting under the working title “Jonas Brothers: Living the Dream,” will follow the on- and off-stage lives of the platinum-selling trio — Kevin, Joe and Nick — on their current Look Me in the Eyes tour.

OK, so we’ve got this, then Camp Rock this summer, a possible concert to attend if I can work out the details, and then they will have their own TV series this fall (J.O.N.A.S). Yep, we’re looking at some possible Jonas overload around here.

I’ve had several people comment and email me concerning the Jonas Brother’s upcoming concert tour and how to get good seats which I find totally hilarious because we are just fans like everybody else not some Jonas Brothers experts. But anyway, I’m happy to tell you that it should be a lot easier to get those tickets near the stage than it was for the Hannah Montana – Miley Cyrus Concert. According to Jonasbrothersfan.com (yes. I subscribe to their feed. So what?), when the tickets go on sale (1/12) for the first leg of their tour you will actually be able to line up at the box office. That’s right, they are selling tickets for the first 20 row to the people who camp out.

So be sure to tell mom and dad to break out the tents and sleeping bags and get ready to relive the good old days when they used to camp out for Van Halen and Motley Crue tickets.

Just for the record….I will not be camping out for Jo Bro concert tickets for my child. We will happily sit in the higher sections. I’ll leave the close seats to the young’uns.
