Danny Noriega
Yeah, yeah, he can sing. Whatever. He still has Sanjaya, Chicken Little and John Stevens written all over him. We’ll see if he can prove me wrong. I hope so because I really hate having leave the room during a contestant’s performance.
Now, fangirls, don’t go gettin’ all mad and me and stuff. I have a right to my opinion too. It’s just a show, right?

I about spit my coffee at the screen when Randy said, “Of course” when Danny said he was singing “Proud Mary”.
Dang, that voice out of that guy? Whoa.
When I watch American Idol, I chat on the MamaPopTalk forum (you should join us!). When Danny started singing, I posted “THIS is the next American Idol”. Unless he screws up big-time in Hollywood, I would be willing to bet money he makes it to the top 24, at least.
Oh gracious, well, I have to say I definitely like what he did with the song.
Huh? I couldn’t finish watching it! I was about to throw up.
I thought the exact same thing. If he wasn’t so over the top, he’d be great – his voice is really good. Now if we could just get him to stop snapping…

You folks who are enjoying the Sanjayaesque performances of Danny N. must be smokin’ something strange. Yes, he has a better voice than the hairful one, but do you honestly believe that he is the American Idol? Go ahead, have another toke and enjoy your delusion. I give Danny no more than three weeks and I honestly think that he’s on the bubble for tomorrow’s castoff show. Then again, what a great commentary on the state of television it would be for Noriega and Castro to make it to the finals!

I was cheering for Danny Noriega, mostly because he lives in the next city over from where I am. This was until I watched a home video clip he made at christmas wishing that santa would rape the mothers of those viewing the video. I don’t care for jokes like this, it only highlights the core of a persons personality and I would prefer the next american idol not be someone with a mind and mouth like that! David Archueleta now has my vote. Grow up Danny.
